• Cell Phones
Cell phones must be turned off before recording session begins. They ring while we're recording, they waste your time and
money while in the studio, and the reception sucks here anyway.  If you need to make a call, you are welcome to limited usage
of the house phone for both local and long-distance. If you are expecting a call, please notify your caller of the times you will
be in session. If you need someone to get in touch with you while you are here in the studio, give them the studio number.

  • Smoking, Drinking, and Drug Use
A smoking area is located outside the entrance of the studio. Smoking is not allowed inside the building. Underage drinking of
alcohol will not be tolerated.  Drug use, possession of, and being under the influence of illegal drugs will not be tolerated.

  • Responsibility for All Studio Instruments/Equipment Used
By coming into the studio to record, you are assuming complete responsibility for all equipment operated and used by you, or
any member of your band. This includes headphones, guitars, keyboards, microphones, instrument and speaker cables,
microphone stands, and any other property owned by the studio that is used by you, or any other member of your band. You
    break, you buy.

  • Payment for Studio Time
Payment is due at the end of completed recording session. If any additional services are rendered such as mastering, mix-
down, etc., payment for such services will be negotiated before leaving the studio. Final "master" recording will not be
provided to the artist(s) until full payment is rendered or other arrangements have been made.

  • Studio Premises
At no time is anyone permitted to roam around in the building. This is a privately owned facility, and access is limited to the
studio area ONLY. No exceptions. There is a break area, a refrigerator, and rest room located on the same level as the
    studio recording area.

  • Guests
Guests allowed in studio during recording session are limited to the following: Musicians directly involved with recording
session, Parents of any artist(s) that are under 18 years of age. Unless they are involved with assisting with equipment,
boyfriends, girlfriends, crews, entourages, possies, home-boys, peeps, clans, cults, etc., you know what I mean... are not
permitted in or on studio premises.

  • Personal Injury
At all times while you are at Sounds Impossible Recording Studio, you are responsible for your own safety. You want to climb
on a brick wall, scale the outside of the building, or try and lift too many speakers up the stairs without asking for help, and
you get hurt, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE! WE ARE NOT YOUR PARENTS! If you need guidance bring them. BE
SENSIBLE. Use your head, don't lift more than you can safely carry, and if you need help, ask! And, please, don't fall down
    the stairs. Just be careful!

  • Rates, Rules, and Policies Subject to Change
